  • A water Bottle
  • A Yoga Mat or a large towel
  • Dumbbells 2-5kg
  • Enthusiasm
  • Loose clothing
  • Running Trainers

If it looks cloudy and like it will rain we suggest you bring a waterproof we keep training all weathers. It can actually be quite refreshing.

Please bring some layers to warm up and cool down in too
