Banstead Cricket Club Core Motion Bootcamp

     

This is the original Bootcamp class, which has been running since June 2010. Based in a lovely quiet setting behind the cricket ground where the clubhouse is, you will be able to enjoy your workout to the full!

For the next bootcamp course starting on the 18th October we will be offering a FREE Trial class for newcomers to try out on monday 25th October (at no obligation to join, and we'll be free to answer any questions you have afterwards). All that we ask is that you fill in the forms for pre exercise questionnairre so that we will know a bit about your exercise history and goals before you come along.

Upon starting a Core Motion Bootcamp course, you will be given advice on nutrition as this is very important to you achieving your goals, nutrition accounts for between 70-90% of weight loss and toning for burning fat! Have a look at the nutrition page for more info.

We are also working on a 6 week healthy eating plan for you, and a clothing range to enhance your bootcamp experience also, including a vest and hoodie.

You will also have a postural assessment, a weekly food diary to complete, circumference measurements, and your body stats measured using our special Tanita Segmental Innerscan scales which measure:

  • Weight
  • Full body fat %
  • Segmental body fat% (including right arm, left arm, right leg, left leg, and trunk)
  • Total body water %
  • Segmental muscle mass (including right arm, left arm, right leg, left leg, and trunk)
  • Full muscle mass
  • Physique rating
  • Basal Metabolic rate
  • Metabolic age
  • Bone mass
  • Visceral fat

Plus with all the information we recive from your pre exercise forms we will have a full picture on how to tailor the classes to suit your needs and goals. We will also calculate your Active Metabolic Rate based on how active you are during the day, and how much protein you need during the day to support your ideal weight.
